Advanced Design Centre
As an Advanced Technology Design Centre, our lab is a fully equipped state-of-the-art facility for design and development in the Internet and telecommunications fields. Our multi disciplinary engineering teams work in an environment where they have the opportunity to employ their diverse skill-sets and disciplines to design products and technologies to acquire new marketable skill sets.

Mentoring Programme
We have developed a mentoring programme to encourage some of our highly experienced engineers to share their expertise and invaluable experience with their junior colleagues, who in turn are able to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

Industry Training
We believe continuous learning is the key to being an innovative company and we encourage constant improvement in all levels of our organization through appropriate training. We are one of the pioneer MSC companies and actively participate in Malaysian Development Corridor's Capability Development Programme by regularly enlisting our employees in various training programmes from software development, product testing and process improvements to project management.

EWL was one of 64 MSC companies who received MDEC's Achievement Award for attaining global standards certification in Lean Six Sigma.

International Assignments
We are a global company with an international client base and our employees are frequently involved in international work assignments or business trips to various locations such as Andover, Bangalore, Bangkok, Brunei, Delhi, Dhaka, Geneva, Hanover, London, Malta, Perth, San Francisco, Singapore, Taipeh, Toronto and Xiamen, amongst others.



Trade and Industry Shows
EWL also regularly participates in various international and industry trade shows including CommunicAsia, CeBIT, Consumer Electronics Show, World Summit on the Information Society to market our products and brands globally.
