Kuala Lumpur : Embedded Wireless Labs is aggressively recruiting talented Software Engineers to build, enhance and maintain the next generation of interactive Web Applications that result in a high volume of Clicks and Transactions, specifically targeting “The Long Tail”. 

Candidates need to have a strategic understanding of where the Internet is heading and have the required expertise in to develop projects including Web to Mobile Transaction Platforms, Online Public Internet Networks, and Web Based Community Environments. Improving existing systems and providing great experiences for end users are key focuses for this role.

Candidates should also have at least three years of professional Web development experience including minimum three years of Java development. Required skillsets include Inversion of Control (Spring MVC), J2EE, Java 1.5, Tomcat experience (desired), SQL, Database design, MySQL, expertise in cross-platform AJAX, DHTML, XHTML, CSS 2.0, JavaScript 1.5, XML, XSLT and SOAP.

Aspiring candidates should also be well versed in short software lifecycles, software configuration management and change control. Fast learners who can quickly come up to speed with different technologies and develop prototypes as needed are preferred.
